The Estate welcomes three new team members. At the Scheme of Management Gillian John (pictured right) is the new Scheme of Management assistant administrator. She is the first port of call for anyone thinking of making changes to their property and gardens. If you want to check what type of consent you need and what the process is, she and Rachel Shlewet (pictured left), the new administrator and secretary, can help. They are based at the Old Grammar School (TOGS) on Burbage Road. Gillian has worked in both property and law and for several large city corporate firms in a numbers of roles. Rachel has worked in the legal and financial industries for the majority of her career and most recently in education. Gillian says: “I am relishing this new role and enjoying meeting the residents of Dulwich.”

Residential management surveyor Dominic Joseph, joins a small team of in-house Estate surveyors. Some of you will meet him in the coming months as he works with leaseholders and residents’ associations. Dominic has a background in hospitality and property management. He most recently worked at property management company Rendall and Rittner for three years where he was in charge of client care, staff training and troubleshooting. Dominic says about his new role: “I am happy to be a part of The Dulwich Estate because I feel I can contribute with my customer service skills and care for residents.”
