Main role

Administrative services to the Scheme of Management Office

Key tasks:

To ensure the smooth running of the secretarial and administrative support as required at the Scheme of Management Office. Oversee the production of tasks completed by the assistant administrator.

Secretarial/administrative duties will include:

  • Production of team correspondence, including, file notes, letters, agendas, minutes and other reports
  • Maintaining a reminders system and chasing response where necessary
  • Diary management for the Scheme of Management Administrator, Scheme of Management Assistant Administrator and consultant architect
  • Provide cover for fellow team members as required
  • Handle any queries raised by owners or their agents
  • Process applications for approval of alterations, changes of use, and other consents
  • Coordinate the work of the consultant architect and the tree consultant and process fees 
  • Schedule end of consultation site inspections
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office 
  • Carry out other reasonable duties as  required
  • Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable.
