Main role
Administrative services to the Scheme of Management Office
Key tasks:
To ensure the smooth running of the secretarial and administrative support as required at the Scheme of Management Office. Oversee the production of tasks completed by the assistant administrator.
Secretarial/administrative duties will include:
- Production of team correspondence, including, file notes, letters, agendas, minutes and other reports
- Maintaining a reminders system and chasing response where necessary
- Diary management for the Scheme of Management Administrator, Scheme of Management Assistant Administrator and consultant architect
- Provide cover for fellow team members as required
- Handle any queries raised by owners or their agents
- Process applications for approval of alterations, changes of use, and other consents
- Coordinate the work of the consultant architect and the tree consultant and process fees
- Schedule end of consultation site inspections
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office
- Carry out other reasonable duties as required
- Previous experience in a similar role highly desirable.
