We have changed the way we operate and are following Public Health England guidelines. These will affect how the Estate is managed over the next few months.

We are working to protect public health and also to maintain essential repair and maintenance services some of which also support public health measures. We are trying to do the right thing in unprecedented circumstances.

Here are some of our services subject to change

Billing and finance enquiries

I have lost my job and am struggling to pay my rent. Government help is not yet available
I have not yet received my usual quarterly bill. Where is it?

Repair and maintenance services

I am a leaseholder on the Estate. Are the communal areas still being cleaned and the gardens being maintained?
Repair work is needed in my flat/house – can you help?
