03 December 2025This year, we focused on sustainability— from improving biodiversity and planting over 100 new trees to exploring energy-efficient solutions and responsible resource management.
These initiatives reflect our shared responsibility to create a greener, more resilient environment for generations to come. We recognise that 2025 has been a challenging year for many with ongoing cost-of-living pressures for households and businesses. Estate residents, staff, contractors and suppliers are all affected. In 2026 we remain committed to being transparent and explaining rises in costs when they cannot be avoided.
