Senior Building Surveyor

The Dulwich Estate is seeking to recruit an experienced and seasoned Senior Building Surveyor to work alongside the Head of a small Building Surveying Department. This hands‑on role requires the post holder to support all aspects of repair, maintenance, and improvement of properties on the Estate, and to carry out general building surveying duties. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that works are specified and undertaken in compliance with Building Regulations, Planning requirements, and all other relevant statutory legislation.
