A word from our Chief Executive
13 March 2023I always look forward to Spring on the Estate. We are lucky to manage a spectacular natural environment – and as leaves return and bulbs sprout, I feel lucky to be able to contribute, to ensuring this endures for years to come.
So my thanks to the Mayor of London’s team for supporting our rewilding work with a special grant designed to protect London’s green. We will use it to protect the biodiversity of Dulwich Woods over the coming year. I am also delighted to support Dulwich Festival as it gears up for a special celebratory fortnight in May which showcases the vibrant talents of residents and visitors. Finally I’d like to wish Julie Lowe of Biff all the very best in her plans ahead. After 30 years trading in one of the Village’s best loved shops – we will all miss her and her team, but I know she is excited for new horizons and time with her family.
