Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A stump of a storm damaged and subsequently removed Eucalyptus tree, approximately 18m in height, situated on the rear boundary.

T2.          A Fig (Ficus Spp) approximately 3m in height, situated in the rear garden.  The tree has failed to provide edible fruit.

T3.          The location of a former Willow tree that has been removed.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove.

T2.          Remove.

T3.          A replacement is required.

Details of Replacement Required

T1.          As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Tilia tomentosa                (Silver Lime)

Oak                                        (Quercus spp)

Tulip Tree                            (Liriodendron tulipifera)

The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season with a stem girth of between 12-14cm.

T2.          As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Ficus Brown Turkey         (Edible fig)

The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season.

T3.          As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in the same or another location elsewhere in the rear garden and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Sorbus torminalis             (Wild Service/Chequer Tree)

Pyrus Chanticleer             (Chanticleer Pear)

Prunus yedoensis            (Yoshino Cherry)

The new tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season.
