Species and Location of Trees
T1/2/4. A group of Oak, Yew and Sycamore approximately 17m in height.
T3. An Acacia tree, the tree is decayed, leaning and has significant dieback within the upper crown.
T5. Acacia.
Description of Approved Works
T1/2/4. Selective reduction to give 1.5-2m clearance from the property. Branch reduction to ‘drop-crotch’ to suitable branch junction only. Crown thin by up to 30%.
T3. Fell.
T5. Remove deadwood.
Details of Replacement Required
T3. As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden. The agreed specie to be planted is:
Magnolia
The tree should be planted during the November 2024 and March 2025 planting season with a stem girth of between 10-12cm.
