Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Four mature Cypress trees approximately 7.5m-10m in height, situated along the bottom boundary of the rear garden against a wall in the adjacent garden in Alleyn Park.  The trees are situated too close to the wall.

T2.          A Privet hedge approximately 6m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The hedge too large and spreading .

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove and the roots poisoned.

T2.          The Privet hedge against the wall to the left of the Cypress trees (T1) is removed and the roots grubbed out. The remaining hedge should be reduced in height to 2.5m and the side growth clipped back to a vertical face.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removals of (T1) above, a Privet hedge is to be planted to merge with the suggested reduction of the existing Privet hedge along the bottom boundary as described under (T2).
