Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.       A line of Cypress trees approximately 10m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front                     garden.

T2.       A Eucalyptus tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the rear of the house in the rear garden.

T3.       A Yew tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the rear door of the garage in the rear garden.

T4.       A Cypress tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is               located too closely to more important species.

T5.       A Holly tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated close to the house in the rear garden.

T6.       A Holly tree approximately 9m in height, situated very close to a Larch tree in the rear side garden.

T7.       Self-sown Sycamore saplings approximately 3m in height, situated close to the boundary with no.32 Rouse                 Gardens, in the rear side garden.

T8.       A Willow tree approximately 3m in height, situated close to the property in the rear side garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.       Reduce in height by up to 30% and the side growth to be trimmed back to the boundary as much as possible whilst retaining green foliage.

T2.       Remove and grub out roots.

T3.       Crown thin by 20% including re-shaping.

T4.       Remove and grub out roots.

T5.       Remove and grub out roots.

T6.       Reduce the Holly tree to 3m and re-shape to form a more compact specimen.  The Larch tree to be retained in              its present form.

T7.       Remove and grub out roots.

T8.       Remove and grub out roots.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with mature trees and shrubs.
