Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Bay tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated at low level in the front garden.  The tree is a little out of shape.

T2.         A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated close to (T1) above.  The tree is dying.

T3.         A Beech tree approximately 5m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning to the left-hand side.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce in height to approximately 5m and the side growth cut back proportionally including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.         Remove or reduce to a height of approximately 1-1.5m.

T3.         Two low growing stems to be removed at the main trunk in order to provide a more upright specimen.  The main vertical stem should be retained in its present form.
