Species and Location of Tree

A Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, twin-stemmed from the near the base, situated in a central location midway down the rear garden, approximately 10m from the house.  The tree has several large cavities within the two stems.  The tree is also leaning.

Description of Approved Works

Reduce in height to approximately 5m just above the point where other stems grow.
