Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

An Ornamental Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden close to Hitherwood Drive.  The tree is too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

A new Yew Hedge was agreed to be planted along the exposed part of the boundary together with a new tree adjacent to the front boundary and below are the three-alternative species for consideration:

Rhus typhina                      (Sumach)

Sorbus aucuparia              (Rowan)

Laburnum x vossii            (Golden Chain)
