Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Swedish Whitebeam tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right side of the entrance to nos.2,3 & 4 and adjacent to the road.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T2.          An Indian Bean tree (Catalpa) approximately 10m in height, situated on the front boundary.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T3.          A self-sown Ash tree.  The tree is situated too close to the front wall.

T4.          A Sycamore tree approximately 4m in height, situated on the right of the house close to the rear boundary with the Golf Course.  The tree is badly sited.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Removal of one stem close to the access off the road together with the removal of Ivy and any dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Low branches to be lifted and cut back from the house (no.2) including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Remove and the stump poisoned.

T4.          Remove.
