Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A triple-stemmed Eucalyptus tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.         An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.

T5.         A Yellow False Acacia tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T6.         A Honey Locust tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden. 

T7.         A multi-stemmed Bay tree approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is very dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T2.         The previous height reduction to be thinned at the top where new growth is excessive.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points rather than pollarding.
