Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Cherry tree approximately 9m in height, situated in the rear garden.  The stem leans towards a neighbouring Birch (T2) that is supressing growth.

T2.         A Birch tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the rear garden, on the boundary with no.20.  The tree has a low canopy.

T3.         An Elm tree approximately 8m in height, situated in the northeast corner.  The tree is covered in Ivy and overhanging Dulwich Park.

T4.         An Oak tree approximately 16m in height, situated in the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce the height and spread of the tree by up to 1m.  Crown lift to allow 3m ground clearance.

T2.         Crown lift by removing lowest five branches over the garden.

T3.         The tree is an immediate hazard and should be felled to the ground with arisings stacked to provide a habitat log pile.

T4.         A lower dead branch snag overhangs the rear garden and should be removed.
