Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A twin-stemmed Hazel Nut tree approximately 2.5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree is an attractive feature.

T2.         A Malus tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-side of the central path.  The tree is slightly leaning towards the path having been forced over by a large rampant Rose bush that is far too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         The tree should be retained in its present form and therefore no work is either necessary or permitted.

T2.         The Malus tree should be retained in its present form and no work is necessary.  The rose bush should either be removed in its entirety or cut hard back from the tree which will allow the tree to straighten to a more vertical form
