Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Sycamore tree and two mature Lime trees approximately 18m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the garden, opposite the flank wall of the house. The trees are a little wide spreading over the house.

T2.          A Lime tree situated a little further down the rear garden and within the grounds of Beechwood Court.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Low growing branches encroaching towards the house to be trimmed back to the main trunk or secondary branches, together with the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
