Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          An Ash tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary towards the bottom of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide-spreading.

T2.          A Beech tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.

T3.          Three Wild Plum trees approximately 4m to 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. 

T4.          Three Holly trees approximately 5m to 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove one low growing branch over the front elevation of 2A Court Lane, and also one low growing branch over the house, including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.          Remove one low branch over the neighbouring property by pruning at a secondary branch, including the removal of dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          All three trees to be trimmed back from the over the boundary with 2A Court Lane and re-shaped as necessary.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          All three trees to be trimmed back from over the boundary with 2A Court Lane and re-shaped as necessary.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
