Description of Approved Works

Front Garden

T1.         Crown thin by 20% including lifting three low branches on the lower limb, and the removal of water shoots and any dead wood, the canopy should also be lifted over a small Cherry tree.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T1a.       Reduce all round by up to 0.5m.

Right-hand side Garden

T4.         No work is necessary to the Magnolia tree apart from one low limb being removed from a low growing horizontal branch.  The Cherry tree can be crown thinned by 20% and trimmed back from nearby trees.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T9.         Low branches to be thinned and trimmed back from the gate.

T15.      Remove all dead wood.

T17.      One low branch to be removed from overhanging the car park.

T19.      Low branches to be lifted and removed from overhanging the neighbouring property.

T20.      Low branches to be lifted and removed from overhanging the neighbouring property.

T21.      Remove.

Bottom of the Garden

T22.      One low growing branch to be removed.

T28.      Low branches to be removed and generally tidied.

T39.      Remove.

T42.      Remove.

None.  Replacements are not required as the garden is well stocked with trees
