Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Lime tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Croxted Road.

T2.         A Cherry tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the bottom boundary to the left side of the rear garden. 

T3.         An Ash tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Selected stems to be re-pollarded at the upper pollarded level of 5m and the remainder at the lower pollarded level of 2.5m, including the removal of dead wood.

T2.         Crown thin by 25% including the lifting of low branches over the roof of an adjacent building, and the re-pollarding of selected stems.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.         Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood, water shoots, and epicormic growth.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
