Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         An Oak tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense, wide spreading, and low growing over an adjacent Garden Room on the left-hand side.

T2.         A Cherry tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the front boundary with Court Lane Gardens.  The tree is a little dense.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of snag ends, dead wood, and necessary lifting of low branches over the roof of the Garden Room.  The height and basic shape should be retained, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
