Specie and Location of Tree

A Redwood tree (Sequoia).approximately, 22m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to the road.

Description of Approved Works

Crown thin by 15-20% including lifting low branches, the removal of any dead wood and necessary trimming back from the frontage of the neighbouring property at no 144 by pruning at previous growth points.  The height and basic shape should be retained.
