Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Two Maple trees approximately 5m in height, situated on the front boundary with Court Lane.  The trees are a little dense.

T2.          A Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is little tall.

T3.          A Wattle tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T4.          A Purple Plum tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little tall.

T5.          A multi-stemmed Amelanchier tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T6.          Two Oak trees approximately 16m in height, situated close together on the right-hand side towards the bottom of the rear garden.

T7.          A line of Beech and Hawthorn shrubs/trees approximately 5m in height, situated along the bottom boundary with Dulwich Park.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by up to 1m and tidy generally.

T2.          Reduce in height by up to 1m and tidy generally.

T3.          Reduce in height by up to 1m and tidy generally.

T4.          Reduce in height by up to 1m and generally tidy including the removal of water shoots.

T5.          Lightly thin by up to 15% and generally tidied.

T6.          Minor low growing branches should be lifted at the branch extremities, no further branch reductions to the main trunks should be permitted.

T7.          Reduce to previous pruning points to align with the top of the wire mesh fence.
