Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Winter Flowering Cherry approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T2.          An Amelanchier tree, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to (T1) above.

T3.          A Parrotia tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T4.          A Cherry Plum tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to a larger tree.  The tree is badly sited

T5.          A Beech tree approximately 12m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.  One stem is overgrowing a Liquidambar tree.

T6.          A Kalopanax pictus tree approximately 15m in height situated, on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden.

T7.          An Almond tree approximately 10m in height, situated close to the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.

T8.          A Silver Birch tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated at the front of the garage of no 15.  The tree restricts necessary movement and is located close to the right-hand side of the driveway to no 9 College Road.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by up to 10%. 

T2.          Lightly thin by up to 10%.

T3.          Reduce by approximately 1.5m and re-shape as necessary.

T4.          Remove by felling at ground level.

T5.          Remove the stem overgrowing the Liquidambar tree and re-shape as necessary.

T6.          Remove dead wood and necessary re-shaping.

T7.          Remove dead wood and suckering growth, lifting of low branches and necessary re-shaping.

T8.          Remove and the roots grubbed out.
