Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A triple stemmed Sycamore tree approximately 15m in height, situated in the bottom right-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is dead.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the stump ground out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree should be planted in a convenient location of the rear garden and below is the agreed specie:

Betula nigra                        (River Birch)

The new tree should be planted with a stem girth of between 16-18cm at 1m above ground level and at a minimum height of 3m.
