Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Purple Plum tree approximately 6m in height, situated adjacent to the garage to the right of the entrance.  The tree is a little dense and low growing.

T2.          An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the rear garden opposite the flank wall of the house.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T3.          An Ash tree approximately 16m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden close to the flank wall of the house.

T4.          An Oak tree approximately 15m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is very dense and wide spreading over the boundary with Cobb Court.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary, lifting of low branches over the garage roof.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T3.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T4.          Crown thin by 25% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
