Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A Yellow False Acacia tree approximately 10m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary relatively close to the house.  The tree is a little dense.

T2.          A Mimosa tree approximately 7.5m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T3.          A Magnolia tree approximately 6m in height is situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.

T4.          A small Paperbark Maple tree (Acer griseum) approximately 5m in height, situated midway down the left-hand side boundary.

T5.          A Twisted Willow tree approximately 6m in height, situated a little closer to the house than (T4).

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Lightly thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.

T2.          Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary trimming back from the neighbouring garden.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T3.          Lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T4.          Lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T5.          Reduce all round to previous pruning points and lightly thin by up to 15% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.
