Proposal:
Species and Location of Trees
T1. A Hawthorn tree (Crateagus monogyna) approximately 3m in height, situated on the rear garden boundary. The tree is dead.
T2. A Sycamore tree (Acer pseudoplatanus) approximately 15m in height, situated on the rear boundary. The tree has deadwood in the upper crown and obstructs the adjacent lamp column and road signage.
Description of Approved Works
T1. Either fell to the ground and stack arisings or pollard to retain as a structure for climbing plants.
T2. Lateral crown reduction back to suitable growth points to provide a minimum 1m clearance from the lamp column and signage, retaining overall height and form. Remove dead wood.
