Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         Two Evergreen Magnolia trees approximately 6m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The trees are a little dark.

T2.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to the road.

T3.         An Olive tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the centre of the garden.  The tree is a little too large for its location.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce in height by up to 50% and re-shape or remove.

T2.         Upper canopy to be checked to ensure that telephone wires pass freely through the tree.

T3.         Reduce all round by to 1.5m and crown thin by 15%.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with trees.
