Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          Two Evergreen Magnolia trees approximately 8m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The trees are a little tall and wide spreading.

T2.          A Eucalyptus tree approximately 10m in height, situated in the front right-hand corner adjacent to Allison Grove.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Reduce in height by up to 3m and side growth clipped back as necessary.

T2.          Minor thinning in the upper crown where telephone wires pass through the canopy including the removal of any dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.
