Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Cypress tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

T2.         A Lime tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

T3/4.     Two Plane trees approximately 16m in height, situated on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The trees are a little dense.

T5.         A Holm Oak tree approximately 9m in height, situated on the front boundary with Alleyn Road.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Trim back from an adjacent street lamp in South Croxted Road together with necessary re-shaping.  The height should be retained.

T2.         Crown thin by 15% including the removal of dead wood and base growth, also low branches over South Croxted Road should be lifted to provide a clearance of 6.00M from ground level.

T3/4.     Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height may also be reduced by approximately 3m to previous pollarding points.

T5.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and necessary trimming back from an adjacent Pine tree.  The height may also be reduced by up to 2m, however, it is important to prune branches at convenient growth points rather than pollarding.
