Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          9 Lime trees approximately 12m in height, situated on the bottom boundary adjacent to South Croxted Road.  The trees are a little low growing over the road.

T2.          A twin-stemmed Holly tree approximately 6m in height, situated in a central location close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is leaning at an acute angle.

T3.          A twisted Willow tree approximately 9m in height, situated close to the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is sited too close to an adjacent Magnolia tree which is considered far more important.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Low branches to be lifted to provide a minimum clearance of .6m over the road and 3m over the public footpath, including the removal of dead wood and necessary re-shaping.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points where possible.

T2.          Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

T3.          Remove and the roots grubbed out where possible.

Details of Replacement Required

None.  The garden is well stocked with mature trees.
