Proposal:

Specie and Location of Tree

A Mimosa tree approximately 6m in height, situated on the left-hand side boundary of the front garden.  The tree is leaning across the driveway at an acute angle.

Description of Approved Works

Remove and the roots grubbed out.

Details of Replacement Required

As a condition of the removal of the above, a replacement tree is to be planted on the front boundary and below are the three alternative species for consideration:

Acer griseum                   (Paperbark Maple)

Betula nigra                     (River Birch)

Arbutus unedo                (Strawberry tree)
