Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.          A very tall Ash tree approximately 22m in height, situated on the right-hand side boundary midway down the rear garden.

T2.          A twin stemmed Cypress tree approximately 6m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the garden.  The tree is a little wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.          Remove one low growing branch encroaching over the lawn by pruning at a convenient growth point, together with the removal of any dead wood.

T2.          Trim back all round by up to 1m whilst retaining green foliage and not exposing the inner dead wood.
