Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         A Bay tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the right-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree has lost some of its shape.

T2.         A twin-stemmed Magnolia tree approximately 5m in height, situated on the left-hand side of the rear garden.  The tree has some dieback throughout the branches.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Reduce in height by 60cm and re-shape to restore to its desired form.

T2.         To improve its appearance, carefully remove deadwood just above the new shoots.  No further work is necessary at this time
