Proposal:

Species and Location of Trees

T1.         An Ash tree approximately 18m in height, situated close to the house on the right-hand side boundary of the rear garden. 

T2.         A Eucalyptus tree approximately 18m in height, situated in a central location on the bottom boundary of the rear garden.  The tree is dense on the far side.

T3.         A Cherry tree approximately 12m in height, situated in the bottom left-hand corner of the rear garden.  The tree is a little dense and wide spreading.

Description of Approved Works

T1.         Crown thin by 20% including lifting low branches, and the removal of any dead wood.  The height and basic shape should be retained.

T2.         Crown thin the far side by up to 30% in order to correspond with the front canopy, together with the removal of dead wood.

T3.         Crown thin by 20% including the removal of dead wood and water shoots.  The height and basic shape should be retained.  It is important to prune branches at convenient growth points, rather than an all-round reduction or pollarding which is not permitted.
