You may see him out and about. Dulwich is home to a vast array of wonderful trees which The Dulwich Estate cares for. We therefore ask everyone living within the Estate boundary to get consent before pruning or carrying out tree works. Book Tuesday appointments with Philip by contacting karen.strange@thedulwichestate.org.uk. Philip has wide experience of both the theory and practical aspects of tree management. Part of his role at the Estate and Scheme of Management is to keep a register of the area’s trees and health. This helps with proactive management and succession planting. He has previously worked at Lambeth and Southwark Councils and in his spare time volunteers for Kent Wildlife Trust.
