Substantial alterations and extensions including ground, first and second floor side and rear extensions

Status

The application was APPROVED in PRINCIPLE.

 

A revision was requested that would avoid the need to build up to the boundary with no. 9 Frank Dixon Way. 

 

Due to the increased size of the house, concern had been expressed regarding a possible increase in the number of cars and the Committee would like to see some landscaping proposals for the front of the property which show adequate space for parking but at the same time comply with the Guidelines which require at least 50% soft landscaping.

 

A report assessing the risk of flooding as a result of the construction of the basement is required.

 

A drawing showing the boundary treatment with no. 7 to ensure that overlooking will not be possible is to be submitted.
