The Dulwich Estate

Residents' Associations

The Dulwich Estate encourages the formation of properly organised and representative residents’ associations, as these provide a valuable channel of communication between the Estate and the owners of the properties concerned (this does not however supersede the relationship between the Estate and an individual lessee or freeholder.)

Once formally “recognised,” an association will be asked, on an annual basis, to confirm details of their membership numbers, officers, and to provide a copy of the minutes of their Annual General Meeting. The Estate looks for a minimum representation of 75% of the owners concerned.
