The Dulwich Estate operates a 24 hour building maintenance service, for emergency repairs to properties it is responsible for, including:
Residential Rented Properties
Residential Leasehold Properties
(main structure, internal common parts, external amenity areas, private roads and footpaths)
Scheme of Management Amenity Areas
Out of normal office working hours and in cases of emergency only call: 07836 200959
Upon receiving a call, our Building Surveyor will consider the matter, inspect if necessary and make a decision as to whether an emergency maintenance contractor is required.
