The Dulwich Estate owns both residential and commercial property in Dulwich, South East, London, which is rented/leased to generate income for the Charity.
In addition, the Charity is the freeholder of a number of residential leasehold properties within the boundaries of the Estate.
There are also private roads on the Estate owned by the Charity.
